What to Expect at Pickup

We hope you are as excited as us about your upcoming holiday! To make sure you are fully prepared we’d like to take you through what to expect at the branch when you arrive to pick up your camper.

Before you arrive

Complete your Self Check-In. All customers are required to complete their online self check-in at least 14 days prior to arrival. Checking in with us online will ensure we have all the information we need ahead of your pick-up, as well as speed up the check-out process for you. It’s important we have your correct contact details so we can call you, should we need to, before you get here. Make sure you have your booking number with you to complete the self check-in process.
Take the time to read the Rental Agreement. You need to understand, and be familiar with, the contents as this is what you will be signing at pick-up. You can view the document in the App.

Getting to us

There is no customer parking available inside the grounds of our branches, but there is a wide range of safe, secure and affordable parking options situated close by. We recommend using Parkopedia to find a convenient parking spot, or if you’re local, have a friend or family member drop you off. Flying in? Our branches are closely situated to domestic airports, allowing you to easily reach us via taxi or public transport. Visit the branch location page for more information.
