All good things must come to an end! When it’s time to return your camper, below are some key things to remember to make your drop-off process smooth and worry free:
Prepare your camper before you arrive back at the branch:
- Pack up all your belongings. Don’t forget to check all cupboards, drawers, storage compartments, the personal safe and the fridge (and then double check again!).
- Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to store lost property at our branches
- Take out the rubbish and dispose of responsibly
- Empty the toilet cassette (if you haven’t opted for the Express Return Pack with toilet emptying service)
- Empty the waste water tank
- Fill up the fuel tank and LPG bottle (if you haven’t opted for the Express Return Pack)
- Fold up the linen and store neatly in the camper
- Wash any dirty dishes and put away
- Wipe down surfaces and sweep the floors
- Leave any additional hire items neatly, together inside the camper
If you used any toll roads on your trip, make sure you have paid the tolls online through the relevant toll company
If you are running late, please be sure to call the branch to let them know. They will be expecting you at your designated drop-off time
Please be in the branch prior to 3:00pm to return your camper. This gives you and the crew enough time to complete the return process before they close
At the branch, we will ensure we make the process as quick and easy as possible. Our crew will inspect your camper for any damage, but please let us know if anything happened during your hire. If you haven’t selected the Inclusive Pack, please remember you are liable for damage to your camper or any third party property on your hire. Any costs incurred will be calculated by the crew and recovered at this time
Depending on the options you selected for your booking, we will settle any additional costs incurred during your trip at this time.
When you are ready to leave the branch, our crew are more than happy to arrange a taxi if required. Just let them know if you need one
