What to Pack

What should you bring for your Australian campervan holiday?

Let us take away the hassle out of deciding what to pack, particularly if you are heading off on your first campervan holiday. You will find that many everyday essentials are supplied in your Britz camper, so that for starters makes things a lot easier:

Essential Items included with every campervan:
  • General living - Dustpan and brush, fire extinguisher, bucket and hose, matches, clothes line, pegs, hangers, dishwashing liquid, dish cloth and toilet roll (in vehicles with a toilet).
  • Kitchen gear - Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils, drinking glasses, microwave storage containers, electric jug, toaster and tea towel.
  • For comfort - Pillows and pillowcases, duvets, sheets, towels, bathmat and blanket.

So what to pack? We’ve put together the below checklist as a general guide. But remember, there’s no need to panic if you have forgotten anything as you can always purchase supplies once you arrive with all our branches located in major tourist hubs - a convenience store is never too far away. You can stock up on items for your Australian driving holiday such as washing powder at a local supermarket rather than it taking up valuable luggage space!

It’s a good idea to pack your gear in soft luggage bags as they are a lot easier to store in your campervan than a hard suitcase.
